Qualifications:

• Familiarity with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group sessions for students experiencing academic, emotional, or social challenges

• Act as a resource for teachers and staff regarding student mental health and behavioral concerns
• Communicate with families to support student growth and connect them to community resources
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
