Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- Current and valid School Social Work license or certification (state-specific credentials required)

- Knowledge of crisis intervention, case management, and community resource coordination
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct social-emotional support to students facing personal and academic challenges

- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention and support plans
- Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and conflict resolution
- Connect families with outside agencies and community resources as needed
