Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a School Social Worker based in Denver, CO, delivering essential social work services to high school students. This onsite travel role provides a unique opportunity to work within diverse school settings while supporting the emotional and social well-being of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high school caseload, providing counseling and social support to students.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and community resources to address student needs.
  • Implement intervention strategies and develop individualized plans to support student success.
  • Conduct assessments and advocate for students within the school system.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid DORA School Social Worker (SSW) license.
  • Colorado Department of Education-issued Special Service Provider license with endorsement in school social work.
  • Proven experience working with high school students in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Location and Work Schedule:

  • Position located in Denver, Colorado.
  • Onsite role with 35-40 hours per week.
  • Travel may be required as part of the role.
