Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Illinois Social Worker (IL SW) license required
• Background in school-based social work, including experience providing support for children and adolescents
• Familiarity with MTSS/RTI processes and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and families
• Flexibility to adapt to varying caseloads and school needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect social work services to students individually and in groups
• Conduct assessments and participate in the development of IEPs when needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and outside agencies to support student success
• Identify and address barriers to learning, including attendance, behavioral concerns, and family needs
• Deliver crisis intervention and support for students as situations arise
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to district reports as required
