A K-12 school in Dearborn, MI is seeking a dedicated social worker to provide comprehensive social-emotional support and behavior interventions for both General Education and Special Education students. This contract position runs through 5/15/2026, offering a 37.5-hour workweek onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the 504 Plan Coordinator for the school
- Deliver individualized social-emotional support and behavior interventions to students
- Collaborate closely with staff, families, and administrators to support student well-being
- Manage a caseload that includes General Education and Special Education students
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Michigan state licensure as a Social Worker
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
