Provide dedicated social-emotional support to students as a school-based Social Worker in a contract position serving a single school near Corrales, NM. Work with a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students, offering your expertise to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This opportunity involves a part-time commitment of 15-20 hours per week, working onsite within a dynamic and student-focused educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required
• Demonstrated experience in a school setting or with school-aged children
• Strong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and student advocacy
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Flexibility in scheduling and comfort with panel interview formats
• Commitment to onsite service; remote work is not available for this role

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct counseling services and targeted interventions to students on your caseload
• Conduct assessments and provide crisis management as needed
• Collaborate with faculty and families to develop and implement individualized student plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
• Serve as a liaison between the school, parents, and community resources
• Participate in team meetings to review student progress and strategize additional supports
