Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 25 middle school students
• Provide direct social and emotional support through counseling and intervention services
• Collaborate with educators, administration, and families to enhance student well-being and academic engagement
• Conduct assessments and help develop or revise behavior plans as needed
• Advocate for students and participate in multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive school environment
• Maintain detailed records and documentation per school and district guidelines
