This flexible position offers 20-24 hours per week, spread over 3-5 days, allowing for a work-life balance that meets your needs. You will work closely with a small, manageable caseloadtypically 1-2 students per monthensuring each student receives personalized attention and support. Qualifications:
- Valid PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) credential in school psychology
- Experience or familiarity with school-based social work, counseling, or related services
- Commitment to working with students across diverse age groups (TK-12)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Collaborative spirit with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and counseling for students as needed
- Develop and support individualized educational and behavioral plans
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Champion student well-being and advocate for necessary resources
