Key Qualifications:
- Valid, active Colorado social work licensure is required

- Strong skills in case management, family engagement, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt and provide support to students from varied backgrounds and needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive social work services to K-12 students across different campuses
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to design and implement intervention plans
- Provide crisis management, behavior support, and connect families to essential resources
- Conduct evaluations, prepare documentation, and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings
