You will work as part of a dedicated team, providing essential support to students in grades K-4, with opportunities to work across different grade levels as needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid School Social Worker licensure (requiredmust hold a license for school-based, not general social work)
• Experience or demonstrated passion for supporting students in educational environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capacity to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Flexibility and a student-centered approach
• Previous work with K-4, K-2, or K-12 populations is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services and interventions to students
• Support the social-emotional wellbeing of students with various needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and families to design and implement student success plans
• Conduct assessments, participate in IEPs, and maintain required documentation
• Foster a positive, supportive school climate through SEL initiatives and resource connection
• Contribute to a team of social workers addressing school-wide priorities
