What were looking for:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a school social worker
- Previous experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessing student needs, crisis intervention, and case management
- Knowledge of community resources, family engagement, and school-based behavioral supports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to partner with teachers, parents, and school leaders
- Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to confidentiality and ethics
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive student behavioral and emotional outcomes
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and outside agencies to build supportive intervention plans
- Conduct student assessments and participate in IEP/504 meetings or other multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver workshops or group sessions on relevant social, emotional, or behavioral topics
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
