Job Description

This contract position is ideal for an LCSW or ACSW who is motivated, compassionate, and committed to fostering emotional and academic wellbeing in youth.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) credential in school social work
  • Active LCSW or ACSW license
  • Experience or strong interest in working in middle school settings
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25 students
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, flexible approach with teachers, staff, and families

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect social work support to middle school students
  • Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, personal, and social challenges
  • Develop intervention plans and track progress for students on caseload
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote a positive school climate
  • Engage families and connect them to community resources as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and ongoing professional development

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
