Your primary focus will be a manageable caseloadapproximately 1-2 students per monthallowing you to provide dedicated, individualized attention. This assignment is for 20-24 hours weekly, scheduled flexibly across 3-5 days, making it a great fit for those seeking work-life balance or supplemental income. The specific start date is as soon as possible, with the assignment duration to be determined.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential in School Psychology required
- Experience providing direct support in K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Provide consultation and counseling services to students and families
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with district and state guidelines
