Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• State licensure as a School Social Worker (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience in a school-based social work role preferred
• Strong case management, evaluation, and intervention skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for traveling and adapting to new educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and counseling to K-12 students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized student plans
