Step into a meaningful role supporting students' emotional and academic journeys as a School Social Worker on a full-time contract basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a difference across K-12 grade levels, working with a dedicated caseload of approximately 48 students. From now through June 5th, 2026, youll be instrumental in fostering a positive, inclusive environment where every student feels heard and supported.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a degree in social work and licensure appropriate for school settings
• Previous experience as a school social worker serving K-12 students is highly valued
• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads and develop effective intervention strategies
• Skilled in collaborating with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• A sincere passion for empowering young learners from diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention to students in need
• Conduct assessments to identify emotional, behavioral, or social challenges
• Develop individual and group intervention plans tailored to each students needs
• Consult regularly with educators, families, and community resources to build support networks
• Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and progress reports in compliance with school and district guidelines
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive school atmosphere for all students
