This contract role offers the opportunity to support children across two locations, working with a manageable caseload of 12 students. Based onsite and conveniently located near Canonsburg, PA, this position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about advocating for student success and well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania School Social Worker (PS SSW) license
• Previous experience in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social-emotional support to students, both individually and in groups
• Develop and implement intervention strategies addressing students unique needs
• Serve as a liaison between home, school, and community resources
• Maintain accurate and confidential records for student interactions
• Consult with teachers and school staff to promote positive behavioral and academic outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP/504 planning as needed
