Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan School Social Worker Certification
- Experience with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 30-40 students, providing social work services in a school setting
- Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
- Participate as a dedicated member of student evaluation teams
- Foster supportive relationships with students, families, and school staff
