Key Qualifications:

  • Prior professional experience working in a school setting

  • Ability to partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct social work services to K-5 students, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral growth

  • Collaborate with special education teams for IEP development and implementation
  • Serve as a resource for crisis intervention, family outreach, and community connection
  • Facilitate small groups and classroom sessions centered on social-emotional learning
  • Advocate for students well-being and access to services within the school setting
  • Maintain accurate records and confidential documentation
