Begin a new chapter supporting students growth and well-being as a school social worker on a contract basis in the vicinity of Broken Arrow, OK. Skills and Experience Desired:

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure as a school social worker
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within educational settings
• Strong understanding of behavioral health, crisis intervention, and case management
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to develop and implement student support plans
• Adaptability and cultural competence when engaging with diverse populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student needs related to social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Provide direct interventionsincluding counseling, individual support, and group sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other staff to develop and monitor individualized educational and behavioral goals
• Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community resources
• Lead or participate in crisis intervention and prevention activities
• Maintain thorough, confidential case documentation and progress notes
• Advocate for student needs and facilitate access to support services and resources
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and multidisciplinary teams as needed
