Step into an impactful position supporting K-12 students as a School Social Worker. This contract opportunity covers a full school year schedule, beginning August and continuing through June 2027. As an integral part of the educational team, youll manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in fostering student growth and well-being.

What youll do:

• Deliver caseload management and direct support services to students in grades K-12
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement tailored plans
• Perform student evaluations and assessments to inform academic and behavioral interventions
• Work onsite alongside a committed multidisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes
• Serve as an advocate and resource for students, helping them overcome barriers to success

Qualifications:

• Current school social worker certification
• Prior experience delivering social work services in a school setting preferred
• Strong understanding of special education processes and IEP documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff from diverse backgrounds
