Youll play a key role in empowering students to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. With a flexible, part-time schedule and the prospect to move to full-time as needs grow, this assignment suits passionate professionals ready to start as soon as possible and remain in place through June 2027.

Desired Credentials and Experience:

  • Active certification from the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE)
  • Fully licensed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Experience providing social-emotional and behavioral support within school settings
  • Commitment to fostering inclusivity, resilience, and positive engagement among youth
  • Strong skills in collaboration and communication with both staff and families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions to students
  • Partner with faculty, administration, and families to develop effective intervention strategies
  • Contribute to program-wide efforts supporting students academic and social well-being
  • Maintain up-to-date, precise documentation adhering to program guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development

About the Schedule:

  • Part-time hours designed to promote work-life balance
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM 1:00 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM 2:30 PM
  • Opportunity to transition to full-time
