Make an impact in the academic and emotional journey of students as a dedicated School Social Worker supporting K-12 learners for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an onsite contract opportunity located within easy reach of Bosque Farms, NM. You'll collaborate with talented educators and student support teams, providing expert guidance to help students build resilience, overcome challenges, and access critical resources.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Social Worker license (SSW) in New Mexico
• Previous experience working with K-12 student populations, especially in school settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and monitor progress
• Adept at managing diverse caseloads and adapting to changing needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services to students across K-12, supporting emotional, social, and behavioral well-being
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to develop and implement care plans and interventions
• Connect families to community resources and provide crisis intervention as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in student support meetings and provide ongoing consultative support to school personnel
