Two contract opportunities are availableone serving a diverse K-12 population and the other focusing solely on a high school caseload. Both roles offer the chance to work collaboratively with educators, families, and community resources to foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for students.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Experience working as a school social worker with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Current licensure or certification for school social work (or eligibility)
• Compassionate approach with keen ability to build rapport and trust with students and families
• Skilled in facilitating group and individual counseling sessions
• Comfort in addressing a wide range of student needs, including academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Collaborative attitude for effective multidisciplinary teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Deliver direct counseling servicesindividually and in groupssupporting students academic and personal growth
• Develop and implement intervention strategies in cooperation with teachers, staff, and families
• Serve as a resource connecting students and families with school and community-based supports
• Contribute actively to individualized education program (IEP) planning and meetings as needed
• Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive school climate
• Maintain thorough, confidential case documentation in compliance with regulations
