Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by serving in a versatile, contract role supporting the social and emotional needs of children and adolescents. Two immediate opportunities are available: one with a K-12 caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school, and the other focused solely on high school students. Both roles are designed for passionate, student-centered social workers eager to foster growth and resilience within educational settings.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
• Experience working in educational environments, especially with elementary, middle, or high school populations
• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and community resources
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Compassionate approach to student support and advocacy

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct social-emotional interventions and counseling for assigned students
• Develop strategies to enhance students' well-being and academic engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design supportive interventions
• Provide crisis response as needed and facilitate preventative programs
• Maintain thorough, confidential student records and reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP or 504 Plan processes
• Advocate for students' access to community resources and mental health services
