Job Title: School Social Worker
Location: Bernalillo, NM
Position Type: Full-time, 35 hours/week
Overview:
We are currently seeking a School Social Worker for a full-time, onsite role near the Bernalillo, NM area. This role is to support school ages students in both the general education and special education populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling and social-emotional support.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff.
- Support IEP/504 plans and maintain documentation.
- Connect students and families with community resources.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Social Work
- Valid New Mexico LMSW/LCSW certification REQUIRED
- Valid New Mexico NMPED licensure REQUIRED
- Prior school-based experience preferred
