Qualifications and Experience:

• Active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential required
• Prior experience as a school-based social worker or related childrens services strongly preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of diverse disabilities, as well as best practices for supporting students in educational settings
• Ability to work on-site during regular school hours
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable participating in panel-style interviews, with flexibility in scheduling interviews

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support, guidance, and counseling to students
• Conduct assessments and maintain confidential documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized plans for students requiring additional assistance
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure student growth and well-being
• Offer crisis intervention, advocacy, and referrals to community resources as needed
• Maintain a flexible and responsive approach, adapting to the unique needs of the caseload
