We are seeking compassionate, adaptable school social work professionals for two rewarding contract roles: one position serves students across K-12, while the other focuses specifically on a high school caseload.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or certification to practice as a School Social Worker
• Previous experience working in an educational or youth-centered setting preferred
• Knowledge of social/emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs across K-12 populations (or high school, for the dedicated high school role)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to adapt strategies to support diverse backgrounds and circumstances

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and support for students
• Develop and implement intervention plans to address students' needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster a positive learning environment
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student plans
• Support initiatives for social-emotional learning and positive behavior interventions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulations
