Location: Commerce City, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active Colorado School Social Worker license
• Experience working with K-12 students within schools preferred
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage service delivery across different sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for advocating for children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct social work services and counseling to students across multiple campuses
• Assess student needs and develop intervention plans in collaboration with educators, administrators, and families
• Serve as an essential resource for crisis intervention, prevention, and conflict resolution
• Support and facilitate multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), social-emotional learning, and restorative practices
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation and contribute to case reviews or team meetings as needed
• Effectively transition between campuses and manage a dynamic, diverse caseload
