Job Description

Youll play a key part in providing counseling, contributing to IEPs, conducting crisis interventions, and delivering essential case management for a diverse student caseload. Collaborate with dedicated school professionals, leveraging both your skills and compassion to empower students and families.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Colorado State Licensure
  • Colorado SSP (Special Services Provider) credentials
  • Credentials as LPC, LPCC, LCSW, or MSW
  • Previous experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Proven ability to assist with IEPs, counseling, and crisis intervention
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct counseling and intervention services to students
  • Serve on IEP teams, providing clinical insights and documentation
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies and ongoing student support
  • Facilitate case management, connecting students and families to resources
