This position offers both full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (15 hours) schedules, Monday through Friday, providing flexibility to fit your needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Social Worker license in Colorado
- School Social Work Specialist (SSP) Certificate required
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Prior experience within educational settings preferred
What You'll Do:
- Complete comprehensive assessments, re-evaluations, and evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Attend IEP meetings in person, presenting assessment results to families and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address student needs
- Work alongside educational staff and parents to ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
- Deliver social-emotional support and resources tailored to K-5 students, promoting their well-being and success in school
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment within the school community
