Key Qualifications:
- Valid licensure or certification as a School Social Worker in Minnesota
- Background working with students in elementary, middle, and high school environments

- Experience implementing evidence-based social and emotional interventions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to navigate crisis intervention and provide counseling or referrals as needed

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counseling for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create and implement individualized support plans
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and recommend targeted interventions
- Facilitate connections between families and community resources for additional support
- Deliver crisis intervention and manage conflicts or urgent situations sensitively and efficiently
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of school-wide positive behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in all student interactions
