Key Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a School Social Worker (or eligibility in Michigan)
- Previous experience working with students at elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
- Strong communication, advocacy, and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and outside agencies to develop interventions and supports
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students needs and provide individual or group counseling and crisis intervention

- Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify resources for students and families facing challenges
- Serve as a liaison between school, home, and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive behavioral interventions school-wide
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to appropriate stakeholders
