Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Valid and current state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker
• Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably within educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, families, teachers, and administrators
• Proven ability to manage caseloads, conduct assessments, and deliver evidence-based interventions
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of elementary, middle, and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges
• Facilitate crisis intervention and support students experiencing critical issues
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop and implement intervention plans
• Evaluate students' needs and progress through ongoing assessment and data collection
• Offer resources and referrals to students and families for additional community support services
• Advocate for students well-being, supporting positive school climates and social-emotional growth
