  • Serve as a case manager, monitoring student progress and maintaining compliance with state and district requirements
  • Attend IEP and other relevant meetings as the social work representative
  • Deliver crisis intervention as needed and implement strategies for student success
  • Advocate for student needs and assist in connecting families with community resources
