What youll need to succeed:
- Current LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) credential
- Previous experience as a school social worker preferred
- Familiarity supporting students with diverse needs and backgrounds
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to provide onsite services reliably
- Flexible mindset, open to adapting to evolving caseload numbers
In this role, youll:
- Conduct individual and group support sessions for students
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to create holistic support plans
- Communicate regularly with families and care teams
- Deliver crisis intervention and develop proactive strategies
- Participate in school meetings and share expertise during multi-disciplinary case conferences
