Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Strong communication, organizational, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to create and implement individualized interventions and support plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer social-emotional support and counseling to students as identified
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop strategies that address barriers to learning
• Attend and contribute insights to Individualized Education Program (IEP) and 504 meetings
• Conduct assessments and document behavioral or emotional concerns to support student success
• Engage with families, providing resources and interventions that promote student well-being
