Qualifications

• Valid Michigan Social Worker certification

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling, intervention, and support services to students across all grades (K-12)
• Assess student needs and collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans
• Serve as a liaison between families, teachers, administrators, and outside agencies
• Deliver social-emotional learning strategies and advocate for student wellbeing
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations
• Participate in meetings, staff development, and parent conferences as needed
