Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Missouri SLPA License (required)
  • Experience working in schools, pediatric settings, or healthcare-related SLPA roles is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to work full time during the school year
  • Adaptable and comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Assist with therapy material preparation and documentation
  • Support implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Track student progress and contribute to reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and therapists to maximize student success
