Job Description

Your main responsibilities will center on working closely with a sizable elementary caseload of 60-80 students, providing quality therapy sessions, conducting evaluations, and actively participating in ARDs. Collaborate with licensed professionals and dedicated educators to help students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid SLPA license required
  • Previous experience supporting school-based speech therapy is highly preferred
  • Strong documentation, observation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic elementary caseload while balancing therapy, assessments, and ARD responsibilities
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and passionate about working with children

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students in both individual and group formats
  • Support evaluations and contribute clinical insights for student progress monitoring
  • Participate in ARDs and IEP meetings as needed, collaborating to shape holistic student plans
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions and outcomes
  • Work onsite and communicate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
