Desired Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA
• Previous work in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Skill in aiding students with a variety of communication challenges
• Strong interpersonal abilities for engaging with children, families, and team members
• Organizational skills with an adaptable approach to daily tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support for speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Document student progress and report findings to supervising therapists and educators
• Prepare materials and maintain equipment for therapy sessions
