What Were Looking For:
- Valid SLPA license or eligibility for SLPA certification
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt in diverse environments
- Ability to work well under supervision and within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for working with children and supporting individual learning goals
What Youll Do:
- Deliver speech and language support services according to treatment plans written by an SLP
- Conduct small group and one-on-one therapy sessions under supervision
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records
- Share insights and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Contribute to a welcoming and supportive school culture
