Key Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut SLPA license or equivalent education/experience
• Experience or strong interest in supporting speech-language services in a school environment
• Comfortable working with students across K-12 grades
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation effectively

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with implementing speech-language therapy plans designed by supervising SLPs
• Work with children in both individual and small group settings to help further their communication skills
• Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
• Collect data on student progress and update records as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families as appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school and district protocols
