Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Missouri SLPA licensure required
• Experience supporting students in K-12 settings or working in pediatric environments preferred
• Demonstrated communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and contribute positively to the school community
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based therapeutic practices

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) under supervision of a licensed SLP
• Provide direct speech-language services to students, documenting progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere in all interactions
