Job Description

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Current SLPA license or eligibility in the state of Texas
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued

  • Professional, compassionate, and organized approach to student care

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and activities for assigned students
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress and performance
  • Prepare therapy materials and adapt strategies to meet students needs
  • Support a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and SLPs to facilitate the best student outcomes
