Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant eager to contribute within a dynamic K-12 educational setting. Located in Temecula, CA, this contract role involves supporting multiple school sites, serving students from pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. The position runs until April 24th and requires a commitment of 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language support across a diverse caseload encompassing multiple sites.
  • Assist certified Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing individualized education plans.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student communication goals.
  • Participate in school team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or completion of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant Program.
  • Current registration with the Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
