Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Associates degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (or equivalent)
  • Current SLPA license or eligibility in Georgia
  • Prior experience working with children or in a school setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologist and school staff

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Support treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Prepare therapy materials and activities tailored to individual student goals
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with screenings, assessments, and administrative tasks as needed
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and professionals to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
