A School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available in Houston, TX, supporting elementary school students. This role offers an opportunity to work directly within a school environment, delivering essential speech therapy services to young learners.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) certification for the state of Texas
- Experience providing speech-language support in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, educators, and families
Position Details:
- Location: Houston, TX
- Work schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in implementing speech therapy plans
- Support students identified with speech, language, and communication needs
- Document and track student progress in accordance with educational and therapeutic standards
