Required Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in the state
• Prior experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a school environment
• Understanding of speech and language development and related disorders
• Proficiency in implementing therapy plans developed by a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students as outlined in treatment plans
• Support Speech-Language Pathologists by preparing materials and documenting student progress
• Monitor and track student responses to interventions, adjusting activities as directed
• Participate in team meetings regarding student progress and collaborate with classroom staff
• Educate and engage with caregivers and teachers to reinforce strategies and maximize student success
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations in all aspects of service provision
