Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support students across multiple school sites, including elementary, middle, and high schools, in Spring Lake, NC. This full-time contract role is scheduled from ASAP through May 22, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to implement speech therapy plans.
- Provide on-site speech-language support to students across various grade levels.
- Assist in evaluating and documenting student progress.
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs within the school environment.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLPA license is required.
- Prior experience working in school settings supporting elementary, middle, or high school students.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration.
