Qualifications:

• Current SLPA license or eligibility in South Carolina
• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Prior school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Provide direct services to students individually or in small groups
• Assist with screenings, assessments, and documentation
• Track student progress and contribute input for IEP development
• Prepare materials and resources to support therapy sessions
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers and staff
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student needs and progress
